Qualifications

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers in Atollogy’s industrial segment implement and adopt our IoT solutions for their fleet and industrial assets.

Picking up where our sales teams leave off, you will own the customer relationship and ensure a successful deployment of Atollogy’s solution. You will work with customers across a range of industries including trucking/transportation, food & beverage, passenger transit, towing & moving and many others. You will build relationships with the customer, help them learn our system, troubleshoot issues, and otherwise ensure a successful customer relationship.

Your role will be cross-functional in nature, working alongside and connecting Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product, enabling you to experience multiple aspects of a hyper-growth company from within. Since Atollogy is a fast-growing company with an emerging IoT technology, you can expect this role to evolve over time, with opportunities to take on increasing levels of responsibility and impact our growth.

This role requires exceptional customer-facing communication skills, the ability to quickly understand a customer’s business, and comfort explaining technology products to all types of users.

In this position, you will also produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories, generate periodic reports, and devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. You will communicate the pertinent information to customers, competitors, suppliers, and internal managers and other employees to stay abreast of industry and business trends. Specifically, you will synthesize current business intelligence and trend data to support operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve Client Onboarding: New customer onboarding is a very important, central task and will demonstrate to clients those features that help them achieve early value, and realize the importance of Atollogy products;
  • Account Escalations: Support, problem-solve and help respond to any alerts, red flags, or poor account health;
  • Contract Renewals: Follow up on current monthly and quarterly renewals to avoid unexpected loss, including during the renewal process;
  • Upsell Campaigns: Infuse business intelligence to support, upsell, expand and upgrades, especially in situations where CSMs can drive portfolio growth;
  • Client Relation “Health Checks”: Monitor and engage with all corporate clients, leveraging company-wide tools to calculate periodic health of key, and other accounts, to strengthen customer loyalty;
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the relationship owners, providing corporate solutions and strategies, as applicable

Qualifications

  •  Ability to run training sessions, demonstrate Atollogy’s technology, and work through challenges with entrepreneurs and managers from numerous types of businesses.
  •  Ability to juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

We’re looking for a Full Stack engineer who will take a key role on our team. Our Full Stack engineer must have knowledge in all stages of software development. You’ll be working alongside other engineers and developers, collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure for our platform.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years creating demonstrations, prototypes and other custom market-facing assets. These assets will be used to promote the company at events, create fast-to-fail implementations of concise ideas, and aid sales in one-off integrations and programs that would not need engineering teams level of rigor and process.
  • 10+ years conducting customer-facing responsibilities, including customer meetings, customer advisory board representation, customer requirements elicitation, transforming and articulating field-borne requirements to product stakeholders, e.g. product management, engineering management.
  • Proficiency and comfort with a wide variety of technologies, and comfort with adopting new technology quickly, especially as to enact integration chores, and “mash-ups” that combine existing assets.

As part of our computer vision & artificial intelligence platform, Atollogy deploys data acquisition overlay networks on behave of our customers. The Manager of Network & Systems Engineering will oversee the design, implementation, monitoring, and on-going support of our customer data acquisition networks as well as Atollogy’s global networking infrastructure. This is a key role within our growing service delivery organization where you will have the opportunity to help design and shape how we provide services on a global basis. You will drive the design and implementation of standards, policies, and procedures that ensure scalable, stabile network deployments.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Participate in the planning, design, installation, monitoring, and support of customer data acquisition networks and Atollogy’s global networking platform
  • Participate in all phases of data acquisition network and systems engineering, including design, analysis, and modeling at a highly technical level; analyze complex requirements to provide integration and implementation support and prepare all the documents needed for successful delivery of services.
  • Support remote teams executing the installation process and in some circumstance be available to travel for critical installations when needed.
  • Identifies, diagnoses and resolves technical problems related to network failure/integrity and usage of hardware and/or Service Providers. Resolve more complex technical issues (both software and hardware) as they are escalated or assigned. Provides technical leadership and advanced expertise to other staff as needed to resolve problems.
  • Continually improves service with close attention to capacity on LANs and/or WANs; evaluates and recommends networking product and software upgrades as part of maintenance and keeping with IT Security best practice.
  • Monitors data traffic and controls network resource performance to ensure high-quality transmission. Troubleshooting, manage, and maintenance of system performance. Monitor capacity versus utilization for hardware, system throughput, and recommend appropriate actions on a timely basis to avoid performance degradation and/or oversubscription.
  • Ensure thorough implementation of security procedures through physical measures, operating system, and industry security standards.
  • Be part of the on-call schedule and steer incident management and escalation for the global environment.
  • Collaborate on the design of technology solutions to support Atollogy business and technology needs. Compose and maintain project plans whenever implementing or changing the Atollogy infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Creativity, initiative and follow through are essential in order to be able to perform the duties as described. Must also demonstrate a sense of urgency, take initiative, have a sense of ownership of their work, strong team player, constant desire to improve, positive attitude, and willing to learn and experience a new environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a networked systems generalist with an background in service delivery (network design, implementation, and on-going support) gained from direct experience working for a network equipment manufacturer, MSP or telecom provider in a pre or post sales capacity
  • At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor or manager for 1-2 employees.
  • Overall network design & architecture expertise including switching, routing, tunneling/vpn protocols, redundancy mechanisms for both wired and wireless technologies
  • Ability to analyze new technical issues and risk assessment with proven problem-solving experience with multi-platform and multi-network subnet environments.

A software engineering organization is most impactful when the majority of its focus is on delivering business value through software products and services. Developer Experience is about maximizing that impact by increasing the effectiveness of engineers.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Automate a manual verification process for product release candidates so developers have more time to respond to potential release-blocking issues.
  • Design and implement an automated way to track and surface software defects to developers, so that they know immediately when a new feature will cause regressions.
  • Quantify if a regenerated data set used by a product, which contains a billion entities, is better quality than the data set currently live in production.
  • Write an automated test suite that validates if content presented to a user is of an acceptable quality level based on simple patterns.
  • Read an engineering design proposal for a new feature and provide suggestions about how and where to build in testability.
  • Investigate correlated stack traces submitted by users through our feedback tracking system, and search the code base to find the correct owner for escalation.
  • Collaborate on determining the root cause of a production outage, then pinpoint tests that need to be added to prevent similar outages in the future.
  • Organize a task force to advise teams across the company about best practices when testing for accessibility.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience with automating systems and environment deployments using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Jira, and release automation tooling.

  • In this role, you will: Lead automation efforts for continuous deployment and configuration management for hybrid-cloud infrastructure focused on IoT data and computer vision processing.
  • Actively participate in engineering scrum and design meetings to deliver operationally integrated deployment solutions that drive quality releases and achieve high levels of system uptime.

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the design, development, and deployment of Linux hybrid-cloud applications at scale – preferably supporting deployments where customer located edge devices were in use.
  • Broad experience with open-source toolchains and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP). Coding experience with Ruby, Python, and shell scripting.
  • Configuration management tooling experience with Chef/Puppet/other.
