We are looking for a Computer Vision Specialist to implement computer vision and image recognition technologies to provide new, innovative features to our customers, and turn information into insights.

Job Description:

In this role you will use the latest advances in neural networks and computer vision to bring new experiences to our customers, develop and deploy edge/cloud software frameworks for computer vision processing  and integrate computer vision processing with other services from Atollogy.

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS (in computer vision (CV), machine learning, pattern recognition, or related technical fields)
  • 3+ years of work-related experience in software development or Machine learning or high-performance computing
  • Fluency in Python
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities and implementations of new technology and products into very complex projects
  • Strong written and oral communications skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with management and engineering
  • Experience working on applied CV projects. Examples include (but are not limited to) optical character recognition (OCR), object detection and recognition, video analytics, image classification, feature/color spaces, algorithms, filters, 3D Geometric Algebra/Matrice, non-linear optimization, and visual question answering (VQA) etc.
  • Understanding of state-of-the-art deep learning and computer vision techniques
  • Experience with CNN, RNN, supervised and unsupervised learning, optimization techniques
  • Experience with traditional/legacy computer vision techniques (e.g. OpenCV) and be able to make solid recommendations on techniques based on pros/cons analysis

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers in Atollogy’s industrial segment implement and adopt our IoT solutions for their fleet and industrial assets.

Picking up where our sales teams leave off, you will own the customer relationship and ensure a successful deployment of Atollogy’s solution. You will work with customers across a range of industries including trucking/transportation, food & beverage, passenger transit, towing & moving and many others. You will build relationships with the customer, help them learn our system, troubleshoot issues, and otherwise ensure a successful customer relationship.

Your role will be cross-functional in nature, working alongside and connecting Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product, enabling you to experience multiple aspects of a hyper-growth company from within. Since Atollogy is a fast-growing company with an emerging IoT technology, you can expect this role to evolve over time, with opportunities to take on increasing levels of responsibility and impact our growth.

This role requires exceptional customer-facing communication skills, the ability to quickly understand a customer’s business, and comfort explaining technology products to all types of users.

In this position, you will also produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories, generate periodic reports, and devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. You will communicate the pertinent information to customers, competitors, suppliers, and internal managers and other employees to stay abreast of industry and business trends.  Specifically, you will synthesize current business intelligence and trend data to support recommendations for action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve Client Onboarding: New customer onboarding is a very important, central task and will demonstrate to clients those features that help them achieve early value, and realize the importance of Atollogy products;
  • Account Escalations: Support, problem-solve and help respond to any alerts, red flags, or poor account health;
  • Contract Renewals: Follow up on current monthly and quarterly renewals to avoid unexpected loss, including during the renewal process;
  • Upsell Campaigns: Infuse business intelligence to support, upsell, expand and upgrades, especially in situations where CSMs can drive portfolio growth;
  • Client Relation “Health Checks”: Monitor and engage with all corporate clients, leveraging company-wide tools to calculate periodic health of key, and other accounts, to strengthen customer loyalty;
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the relationship owners, providing corporate solutions and strategies, as applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Communication: Ability to run training sessions, demonstrate Atollogy’s technology, and work through challenges with entrepreneurs and managers from numerous types of businesses.
  • Organization: Ability to juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
  • Technical Aptitude: Analytics platform knowledge. Ability to generate analytics to support business analysis.  Ability to deeply understand the Atollogy platform’s capabilities and explain them to customers of all types.
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree is a bonus).

You will communicate pertinent information to team members and help the Sales and Customer Support teams provide superior customer support for both installed customers and prospects. You will also synthesize current business intelligence and trend data to support recommendations for actions.  

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in using data analytics to drive key business decisions, including business/product/marketing analytics, business intelligence, strategy consulting
  • Significant experience with advanced SQL
  • Deep understanding of statistical analysis, common quantitative techniques like regression, experiment design, etc
  • Information visualization skills, such as knowledge of Tableau/PowerBI/Domo/Qlik, etc

Job Description

In this role, you will empower engineers to develop and deliver Atollogy solutions with the highest efficiency and quality.  We are passionate about building comprehensive solutions and automated tools that facilitate the entire development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate a manual verification process for product release candidates so developers have more time to respond to potential release-blocking issues.
  • Design and implement an automated way to track and surface software defects to developers, so that they know immediately when a new feature will cause regressions.
  • Quantify if a regenerated data set used by a product, which contains a billion entities, is better quality than the data set currently live in production.
  • Write an automated test suite that validates if content presented to a user is of an acceptable quality level based on simple patterns.
  • Read an engineering design proposal for a new feature and provide suggestions about how and where to build in testability.
  • Investigate correlated stack traces submitted by users through our feedback tracking system, and search the code base to find the correct owner for escalation.
  • Collaborate on determining the root cause of a production outage, then pinpoint tests that need to be added to prevent similar outages in the future.
  • Organize a task force to advise teams across the company about best practices when testing for accessibility.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience with automating systems and environment deployments using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Jira, and release automation tooling.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs to expose functionalities of a given system.
  • Proven Object Oriented Programming experience, preferably with 3+ years of experience in Python/JavsScript
  • Proficiency with the AWS or GCP ecosystem
  • Experience with containers and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with MySQL or Postgres, MongoDB is a huge plus
  • Strong understanding of static code analysis, unit testing, and test-driven development to produce high-quality code
